Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Maintenance

Our main focus at GDFM when it comes to MEP maintenance is taking preventive and predictive maintenance measures. Through our skilled team, we provide maintenance of:

► Building Management Systems

► Air-conditioning  systems – services; which includes district cooling, fan coil systems, air handlers, VAV, chiller systems, duct work maintenance, etc.

► Building fabric – civil & carpentry work, renovations & decorations, building & site surveys

► Electrical installations – high, medium and low voltage systems

► Plumbing and water treatment plants – fixtures and equipment, piping, drainage and water supply, water purification systems.

► Fire fighting & fire prevention systems

► Sewerage

We put up an asset management plan, whereby the equipment is maintained with a whole lifecycle approach. We also have a maintenance plan that assesses the manpower and budget required for maintenance, repair and replacement of the equipment.

Safety & Security:

Both these services go hand in hand and are not mutually exclusive. We initiate and implement a suitable security program for the building, employ a competent security team, monitor its performance and ensure well-trained personnel of a suitable caliber are available at all times.

Disaster Management:

We have formulated action plans and fixed procedures to be followed in the event of unforeseen disasters. These include: evacuation plans for fires, bomb threats, accidents, etc.

Insurance Management:

At GDFM, we have a vast knowledge of insurance policies and the benchmarking available in our global market, therefore, we advise our clients accordingly in order to safeguard our valuable assets.

Reserve Fund/Sinking Fund:

We undertake detailed surveys and life expectancy analysis for items requiring periodic expenditure on maintenance, and set up and administer a reserve fund account for these items in accordance with the owning entity's procedures.
