Cleaning/ Housekeeping:

Cleaning services are of the highest international standards and specifications. We appoint our cleaning team to carry out housekeeping and ensure the enforcement of the best practices for all requirements, including roads and façade cleaning. We build an entire comprehensive cleaning schedule for the entire facility that we’re managing, indicating what should be attended to daily, weekly, monthly,…etc.; and we impose strict supervision on a daily basis of the successful contractor to maintain quality control.

Pest Control:

Periodical pest control measures including general disinfestations would be adopted for flying and crawling insects as well as rodents. At GDFM, we have strict quality control measures which ensure that only eco-friendly and bio-degradable chemicals are used.

Landscape Maintenance:

All landscaping maintenance and upkeep would be carried out to exacting standards, utilizing the original designer’s specifications and briefs. We offer indoor and outdoor plant maintenance, and garden & landscape maintenance.

Waste Management:

All solid waste coming out of buildings has to be collected and disposed of at municipality defined and designated areas. We ensure that whoever is on site assigns the waste to an authorized waste collection company in order to ensure an environment-friendly disposal.

In a few regions, where there is no central collection sewage system for liquid waste, we install a process that locally collects the waste and disposes if it through specialized vendors.
